Position: Key Account Manager (Fixed-Term Contract)

Clinisupplies is a leading UK-based manufacturer and supplier of medical appliances, specialising in bladder care and products supporting patients with acute and chronic conditions. We also offer a portfolio of bandages and garments for wound care and chronic skin conditions.

With over 800 employees across the UK, China, and India, Clinisupplies supplies the NHS and delivers directly to patients’ homes through Nightingale Home Delivery, our dispensing appliance contractor.

We are focused on developing products that are simple and discreet to use, working closely with clinicians and patients to build a strong and innovative product pipeline, manufactured at our globally approved facilities (CA, CE, ISO, US FDA).

The Role

We are looking for a Key Account Manager to join our sales team, supporting the implementation of projects that drive the adoption of our products across primary and secondary care.

This is a regional, field-based role covering the North East and Cumbria
, requiring travel and occasional overnight stays.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver and exceed agreed sales targets
  • Work closely with Clinical and Commercial teams to drive product usage across the region
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders
  • Represent Clinisupplies at regional events and engage with key decision-makers
  • Support Trusts with implementing patient pathways and service access
  • Develop and execute strong territory and account plans
  • Gain a deep understanding of NHS structures, primary and secondary care, and formulary processes
  • Influence product positioning within formularies
  • Provide regular updates via CRM, reporting, and planning tools
  • Collaborate with colleagues on training, projects, and rollout of initiatives
  • Deliver product and service education to healthcare professionals
Requirements
  • Experience in a sales or customer-facing role
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Driven, motivated, and target-focused
  • Confident relationship builder with a proactive mindset
  • Highly organised with strong planning skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Clinical or healthcare background
  • Experience in continence care
  • Strong commercial and business acumen
