We have an opportunity for Support Workers to join our team! This is a great role for you to continue your career in care or if your new to the care sector we have a comprehensive learning package that will support you in your new role and give you all the tools to do the job! What youll be doing:
Supporting people to live independently, this can involve helping the people we support budget their finances, paying bills, housework, organising appointments and cooking. Supporting in the community - Supporting people to access activities and days out. Developing personal and practical skills to enhance independent living. Be responsible for the safeguarding of the individuals we support. Administering medication when required full training will be given.
