Role Overview
Wrexham Family Information Service are seeing a positive, enthusiastic, high organised and flexible individual to join our team. The role will focus on supporting the updating of the Dewis service directory for adult services, as well as supporting services to add their information onto the service directory.
The role will also involve supporting professionals with queries about services that are available in Wrexham and helping them to navigate Dewis.
This role will also form part of the team that will be answering enquiries about the Childcare Offer for Wales through the National Childcare Offer helpline.
The successful candidate will have excellent research skills, organisational skills, communication skills and ICT skills. The role will have a significant contribution to provision of information and advice for adults in need of support.
This Welsh essential post requires good conversational Welsh. If you have not used your Welsh in a while, further support can be given including access to accredited Welsh language courses. Applicants are encouraged to apply in Welsh however this is not essential as spoken Welsh is the key skill required in this particular role.
