Vale of Glamorgan Council is seeking a part-time role within Learning Disability Day Services to support adults with learning disabilities to access day opportunities in the community and service base. You will drive individuals to activities, help with personal care, and maintain records to support wellbeing outcomes.
Applicants should have experience with adults with learning disabilities, a full manual driving licence, and strong communication skills.
