An exciting opportunity has arisen inthe Mental Health service for people wanting to make a real difference tothe lives of people in our community. We help individuals whohave mental health problems to maintain their tenancies and live independently within their ownhomes. We help people to feel apart of their community; to maximise their wellbeing and achieve their personal goals.
We are looking for dynamic, self-motivated candidates who have empathy and respect. The ideal candidate will appreciate the differences in others and strive todeliver a person-centred service.
They will work well as part of a teamand on their own initiative; and beable to follow plans and break down barriers to ensure outcomes are achieved. They will be flexible intheir approach and committed tomaking a positive difference.
You will be based on site in one ofthe supported living houses and qualified preferably to NVQ level 2or the ability and commitment toachieve this qualification within a settime frame.
The successful applicants will:
- Have passion and the commitment to work in partnership with other colleagues and to ensure that the service provision is person centred, reliable and dignified.
- Meet the full requirements of the role as identified inthe Job.
You will receive a comprehensive induction and training to support youin your role.
