Job Description:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Complex Care Assistant to join our Team in the Wrexham area.

Secure Healthcare Solutions is a complex care homecare provider. Working with adults and children in their own homes – we provide high quality care for service users with a wide range of conditions. We have a strong operational team with a robust clinical and quality process ensuring the safety of our care teams and the Service user at all times.

12 hour shifts days and nights - FULL TIME ROTA AND AD-HOC AVAILABLE

We are recruiting for a complex care assistant to provide care to a service user in their own home.

The successful candidate must have experience with the following:

* Manual Handling (Mobile and ceiling tracking hoist)

* Peg feeds (including medications)

* Personal Care

* Brain injuries (Ideal but not essential)

* Challenging Behaviours (verbal aggression)

Whist promoting the independence of the individual service user and meeting their care needs, Our Complex Care Assistants must be willing to:

* Assist/provide personal care.

* To provide clinical support provided by our clinical lead.

* Provide nutrition and hydration support.

* Support with medication needs.

* Assist in domestic duties.

* Comply with all policies and procedures.

* To liaise with management.

* To report back any concern relating to the health of the service user.

* To participate in team meetings & supervisions.
