Helping someone prepare their favourite meal Supporting with appointments and daily routines Going on outings, shopping trips, or social visits Providing personal care with dignity and respect Being a friendly, familiar face that brightens someone's day You'll follow care plans and best practice, but we also encourage our team to bring warmth, personality and compassion to everything they do. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who:
Genuinely cares about people Is kind, patient and dependable Enjoys helping others live independently Is comfortable supporting with a variety of daily tasks Has a full UK driving licence and access to a car Holds an SVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or is willing to work towards it You'll Also Need PVG for Adults SSSC Registration Don't have these yet?
