Nightingale House Hospice in Wales is seeking a Deputy Ward Manager to lead our nursing team in the state-of-the-art Inpatient Unit. You will provide clinical leadership, staff supervision and ensure high-quality, person-centred care for patients and families.
Salary £38,698–£43,587 depending on experience, plus night enhancement of 15% and weekend enhancement of 26%. 37.5 hours per week in a friendly, supportive environment with strong development opportunities.
