The NHS Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board in Wrexham is seeking an enthusiastic Healthcare Support Worker to join Evington Ward, a 27 bedded Stroke Rehabilitation ward, on a fixed-term contract to 27/03/2027. You will work as part of a team of nurses to provide high quality care under supervision.
Applicants should be prepared to support patients in maintaining health and wellbeing, undertake delegated clinical activities and communicate effectively with families and carers.
