Community Support Worker

This role sits in the care sector at Conwy County Borough Council, supporting older people to live independently in their own homes. The work centres on listening to residents, helping them make their own decisions, and regaining or keeping skills that keep them part of their community. The post works a rolling four-week rota with enhanced rates for evenings and weekends, and no experience is needed as full induction is given.

Good spoken English is required;
Welsh speakers and learners are also welcome.
