An excellent opportunity has arisen to work for a leading National Recruitment Agency as a Commercial Temp Consultant. The role is based in a busy office in Wrexham and involves managing a warm and established temp desk for an industry-leading agency. The primary focus is to develop and grow client relationships to maximize the desk’s profit.

• Maximize the profitability of the successful/warm Commercial Temp desk
• Provide professional recruitment services to existing clients and candidates
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Resource and interview quality candidates

• Proven experience in the recruitment industry
• Must be able to drive
• Flexible approach to work
• Customer-focused with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work autonomously
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships

Educated to A-level standard

This is a fantastic opportunity. The company offers a very generous commission structure on top of the basic salary. Currently, the desk provides a £7,000 bonus annually.
