About the job

The role sits within the Location and Recruitment Support Team (LaRS), part of the wider Performance and Reporting Team.

The LaRS team is a small but geographically diverse virtual team spread across sites throughout the UK. Hybrid working is embedded in our team with a requirement that a minimum 40% of our time is spent in the office.

We work together at the heart of DWP Capability, Learning & Talent (CLT) to ensure that the Recruitment needs of our stakeholders are delivered at pace with a strong emphasis on accuracy and fairness for all candidates.

The successful candidate must have experience working on recruitment campaigns. They will have a short period of buddying with experienced team members but will need to step into the role and work independently quickly due to high volumes of work on the team.
