Recruitment Consultant – 360 Role

Location: Warrington & Wrexham (2 days in Warrington branch). Covering the Wrexham/Deeside and Chester areas.

Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum (depending on experience) + Commission

Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

• Manage the full recruitment cycle
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships with a focus on long-term partnerships

• At least one years' experience in a 360 recruitment consultant role
• A proven track record of billing success
• A proactive, entrepreneurial approach – self-starters thrive here
• Strong relationship-building and consultative sales skills
