Our client is seeking a Senior HRIS Support & Development Analyst to take on an exciting challenge within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role requires a strong HR application background and offers the chance to be a vital part of an ambitious and friendly in-house Applications team. As a member of the Application Support & Development team, you will be entrusted with the support and maintenance of the applications utilised by the organisation.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work predominantly with HR-specific applications such as HCM, ATS, Learning, and Payroll, while also expanding integrations to other core applications. Collaboration with various teams, including third parties and HR colleagues, will be crucial in identifying requirements and delivering enhancements. Job Duties
  • Support, ongoing development, and maintenance of business applications, including both internally developed and vendor-specific applications
  • Focus on HR specific applications such as HCM, ATS, Learning and Payroll, while expanding integrations with core applications such as Viewpoint, Elite 3E, and the SaaS suite
  • Work closely with clients, third parties, the Strategy Programme Management team, and Business Services colleagues to identify requirements and deliver enhancements
  • Collaborate directly with HR colleagues to enhance the HR application suite using tools like Retool and Integration Builder, along with built-in integration engines such as Workday Studio
  • Produce and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation
  • Collaborate with the Service Desk to improve departmental processes
Job Requirements
  • Demonstrable experience with HR specific applications, with a strong preference for Workday experience
  • Solid experience within an Application Support team or an equivalent capacity
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Demonstrates discretion and good judgement
  • Highly motivated with the ability to work collaboratively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a continuously evolving and fast-paced environment
