About you Previous experience in a HR Officer or HR administrative role Strong understanding of HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office applications Desirable: CIPD Level 3 or higher (or working towards), experience in employee relations casework and HR data analysis What you'll do Manage all aspects of employee absence, including sickness and maternity/paternity processes, ensuring compliance and supporting employee welfare Partner with management to handle employee relations cases, investigations, and grievance resolutions Coordinate recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience Build strong relationships with managers and staff, supporting engagement initiatives and HR advice Maintain accurate HR records and systems, supporting payroll processes and responding to queries Contribute to HR projects, initiatives, and continuous improvement of HR practices For further information on this job, apply via the link or contact the VANRATH office for a confidential chat today.
