Hoop Recruitment LTD is seeking an HR Advisor for an eight‑month temporary placement in the UK. The role requires hybrid work with two days on site in Usk and travel to other sites.
Pay is £20–£23 per hour (PAYE), and the contract includes broad HR generalist responsibilities across multiple campuses. The successful candidate will manage maternity cases, flexible-working requests, disciplinary and grievance investigations, and provide pragmatic HR guidance aligned with employment law and policy.
