Human Resources Generalist
Salary: up to £40,000 per annum (depending on skills and abilities)
Location:
Wrexham
- 25 days holiday +Bank holidays

We're looking for an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join a growing and innovative organisation where people, performance, and continuous improvement are genuinely valued. From recruitment and onboarding to employee relations, learning and development, and HR compliance, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering a first-class people service while helping shape a positive and engaging workplace culture.
What You'll Be Doing- Managing end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities
- Providing first-line HR advice and support to managers and employees
- Assisting with employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, absence, and performance matters
- Maintaining accurate HR records and producing key documentation
- Supporting learning and development initiatives across the business
- Assisting managers with performance and attendance management processes
- Ensuring HR practices remain compliant with employment legislation and best practice
- Promoting employee wellbeing, inclusion, and engagement initiatives
- CIPD Level 3 or Level 5 qualified (or currently working towards)
- Previous experience within a Human Resources or People Services role
- Sound understanding of UK employment legislation and HR best practice
- Employee relations experience and confidence handling sensitive matters
- Experience using HR systems and payroll software
- Strong organisational, communication, and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, professional, and solutions-focused approach
- Integrity and discretion when handling confidential information
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise workload
- A customer-focused mindset with a collaborative approach
- Resilience, adaptability, and a passion for continuous improvement
