Previous recruitment experience with a proven track record of achieving targets. Strong relationship-building and communication skills. A commercial mindset with the confidence to win and develop business. Resilience, ambition and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment Must live within commuting distance of Dartford. Must have the unrestricted right to work in the UK. No relocation assistance or visa sponsorship available
