Junior Resourcer

Junior Recruitment Resourcer Salary: £26,500 – £28,000 per annum

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm We are looking for a Junior Recruitment Resourcer to join our team and play a key role in supporting our recruitment operations and clients. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organised, confident speaking to candidates, commercially minded, and keen to build a career within recruitment . Previous recruitment experience is beneficial but not essential — we’re looking for the right attitude, work ethic and willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities Candidate sourcing and database searches Making candidate calls and building strong relationships Candidate registrations and onboarding Chasing and managing compliance requirements Coordinating interviews Booking workers and managing availability Managing candidate availability and daily requirements Client administration and account support Maintaining and updating the CRM system Vacancy management Writing and posting job adverts Conducting candidate database searches Dealing with day-to-day candidate queries Supporting urgent client requirements Providing general recruitment and account support We’re looking for someone who is:
Confident and professional on the phone Highly organised with excellent attention to detail Proactive and able to work at pace A strong communicator with a customer-focused approach Comfortable working to deadlines and managing multiple tasks Computer literate and confident using CRM/database systems A team player who is willing to learn and develop Resilient, motivated and able to handle a fast-paced environment
