HR Business Partner International Scope in Finance

Position: HR Business Partner with International Scope in Finance!
HR Business Partner needed for international global financial services firm in Central London to work as part of a team of four within the HR Team. Within this role you be responsible for managing HR Operations across the UK and Asia supporting compliance and employee lifecycle. You will Partner with senior business leaders on talent acquisition and employee relations as well as manage the end to end employee life cycle process.

Responsibilities will also include overseeing international HR Operations across multiple countries including Europe and the far East. Duties will include assisting with global mobility and relocation projects including immigration, visas and work permits. Tasks will include managing compliance with local employment laws, GDPR and payroll regulations as well as HR governance requirements. You will also support the setup and onboarding of new international entities including establishing HR, payroll.

You will also handle complex employee relations matters as well as grievances, disciplinary cases and employee exits. The ideal candidate will have strong HR experience at HR Business Partner level, preferably with an international scope within financial services.

Your role will combine strategic business partnering with strong operational and compliance expertise. The role is offered on an initial 6 month contract initially with an ASAP start.
