The Opportunity
Our client is a highly successful international manufacturing organisation with a strong reputation for quality, innovation and continued investment. Operating across multiple global locations, they are seeking an experienced HR & Resourcing Manager to lead recruitment activity while supporting the wider HR function.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive HR professional who enjoys both strategic and hands-on involvement in talent acquisition, employee relations and business partnering. The successful candidate will play a key role in attracting top talent, driving employee engagement and supporting organisational growth both in the UK and internationally.
Key Responsibilities
HR & Talent Acquisition professional with responsibility for end-to-end recruitment across senior, technical and specialist roles.
Experienced in direct sourcing, Linked In Recruiter, ATS management, interviewing and onboarding.
Strong background in employee relations, including disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance management.
Knowledgeable in UK employment law, HR policy development and compliance.
Skilled at partnering with managers and senior leaders to support business objectives and workforce planning.
Experienced in international recruitment, visa sponsorship and executive-level hiring.
Passionate about employee engagement, wellbeing initiatives and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Proven ability to lead HR projects, analyse KPI data and drive continuous improvement across HR functions.
Candidate requirements:
Proven HR experience with significant involvement in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Strong track record recruiting senior, technical and specialist-level employees.
Experience using Linked In Recruiter, ATS platforms and direct sourcing techniques.
Sound knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
Experience managing employee relations cases.
Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Highly organised with excellent project management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
Desirable
CIPD Level 5 qualified or working towards qualification.
Experience supporting visa applications and international recruitment.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
