HR Manager

HR Manager Wrexham Up to £25.64 per hour Immediate Start Available Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm Fully On-Site Temporary Assignment (1-2 Months) We are currently recruiting for an experienced HR Manager to join a busy HR team within a well-established manufacturing business in Wrexham. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional with strong Employee Relations experience to make an immediate impact, supporting the business through a number of ongoing employee relations cases.

The Role Working closely with the HR Manager, you will provide expert advice and guidance on a range of employee relations matters, ensuring all processes are managed fairly, consistently and in line with current employment legislation. Key responsibilities will include:
Reviewing and managing ongoing grievance cases Advising management on appropriate next steps and potential outcomes Supporting grievance investigations and appeal processes Providing expert guidance on employment law and HR best practice Ensuring all documentation and procedures are compliant and accurate Offering generalist HR support where required About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience in an Employee Relations Advisor, HR Advisor or similar role Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practice Experience managing complex employee relations cases, including grievances and appeals Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills The ability to work independently and provide confident HR guidance A proactive approach and the ability to hit the ground running What's on Offer?
