A technology staffing agency is looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer to join a busy onsite support team in Wrexham. This role requires strong customer-facing skills, excellent technical ability, and proven experience providing 2nd line support. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in IT Service Desk roles, solid knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, and networking.
