About

The Role

Due to continuous growth, Leadtech is excited to welcome an experienced and strategic DBI Director (Data & Business Intelligence) to lead the global DBI department and elevate how data supports decision‑making across the entire organization.

As DBI Director, you will define and drive Leadtech's global data, analytics, and BI vision, ensuring data is trusted, scalable, and impactful across all business units and markets. You will lead a multidisciplinary team of approximately 20 people, managing team leads and senior specialists. You will work closely with Executive Leadership and senior stakeholders across Product, Tech, Marketing, Finance, HR, and Operations to transform data into actionable insights that fuel growth, efficiency, and innovation.

YOUR

MISSION
  • Define and own Leadtech's global Data, BI & Insights strategy, aligning it with business objectives and long‑term growth plans.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the global DBI department, fostering collaboration, accountability, and excellence across teams.
  • Manage and scale a multidisciplinary DBI organization of 20 people, including team leads and specialists in Data Analytics, Data Science, Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, and Analytics Engineering.
  • Establish and enforce data governance, quality standards, and best practices to ensure reliable, secure, and compliant data usage.
  • Drive the evolution of Leadtech's BI ecosystem, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to enable self‑service analytics and faster decision‑making.
  • Partner with Executive Leadership and Heads of Department to define key metrics, KPIs, and insight needs across the business.
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Oversee data architecture, tooling, and analytics platforms in close collaboration with Tech and Engineering teams.
  • Promote and embed a data‑driven culture across the organization, improving data literacy and adoption at all levels.
  • Prioritize analytics and data initiatives based on business impact, ROI, and strategic value.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR, etc.) and internal security standards.
  • Represent the DBI function at leadership forums and contribute to company‑wide strategic decisions.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a senior data leadership role (Director / Head of Data / Head of BI or similar).
  • Strong background in Business Intelligence, Analytics, and Data Strategy within digital, tech, or product‑driven environments.
  • Demonstrated experience leading and scaling global data teams.
  • Deep understanding of BI tools, data warehouses, analytics platforms, and modern data stacks.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and advise at executive level.
  • Solid understanding of KPIs, metrics frameworks, and decision‑making processes across Product, Marketing, Finance, HR, and Operations.
  • Experience working in international, fast‑growing, and agile environments.
  • Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to turn data into compelling stories.
  • A strategic mindset combined with a pragmatic, hands‑on leadership approach when needed.
  • Fluency in English & Spanish.
