Position: Head of Digital Growth

This role sits at the heart of OASIS’ digital growth agenda. Success will be measured not only deals won, but by the organisation’s increasing ability to sell digital confidently, repeatedly and at scale.

For the right individual, this is an opportunity to shape how a major European services business accelerates digital growth through commercial leadership, enablement and execution.

The Role

The Head of Digital Growth is a senior member of the OASIS Digital Leadership Team, responsible for materially improving the organisation’s ability to win, convert and scale digital opportunities across the group.

Reporting to the Chief Digital Officer and working closely with the Chief Revenue Officer and regional sales leadership, this role acts as the group’s senior digital commercial specialist and centre of excellence. It supports UK&I, BeNe and Poland commercial teams by bringing credibility, structure and momentum to digital selling, without creating a separate sales organisation or changing regional accountability.

The role combines hands‑on involvement in priority digital opportunities with a broader mandate to strengthen digital sales capability, improve conversion quality and accelerate digital revenue growth. Its purpose is to build confidence, consistency and pace in OASIS’ digital revenue engine.

Key Responsibilities Digital Growth & Opportunity Acceleration
  • Act as the group’s senior digital growth specialist, supporting regional teams on complex, high-value digital opportunities.
  • Lead or co‑lead selected digital deals where senior credibility and digital expertise materially improve the likelihood of conversion.
  • Bring structure, pace and discipline to digital opportunity progression, particularly for multi‑stakeholder or multi‑country engagements.
  • Improve the quality, consistency and conversion of digital opportunities across the pipeline.
Sales Enablement & Capability Building
  • Strengthen the organisation’s capability and confidence in selling digital solutions.
  • Work alongside regional sales teams to improve discovery, qualification and digital value articulation.
  • Develop and promote repeatable digital use cases, playbooks and reusable sales assets based on real client outcomes.
  • Act as a visible advocate for modern, consultative digital selling practices.
Commercial Distribution & Market Expansion
  • Identify and shape commercially focused distribution routes that expand reach or accelerate digital revenue growth.
  • Support the development of co‑sell, referral or channel‑based approaches that enhance pipeline generation and win‑rates.
  • Ensure commercial distribution models are aligned to client needs and support scalable, repeatable growth.
Insight & Evolution
  • Provide market insight, client feedback and competitive perspective to inform digital proposition focus and evolution.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of OASIS’ digital commercial model as maturity and scale increase.
  • Help evidence where future investment will most effectively accelerate digital growth.
Accountability & Boundaries
  • Regional MDs and sales leaders retain full accountability for country targets and P&Ls.
  • Digital revenue is attributed based on commercial reality and client ownership.
  • The role operates as a shared group resource and is not territorially attached.
  • Product development, delivery partnerships and operational enablement sit outside this role.
Candidate Profile Experience
  • Strong background in selling or enabling B2B digital solutions, platforms or technology‑enabled services.
  • Proven credibility in complex, consultative sales environments with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience operating across regions or within matrixed organisations.
  • Exposure to commercial distribution, co‑sell or channel‑influenced growth models.
