A fast-growing SaaS company is seeking two Senior/Lead Full Stack Engineers to bridge the gap between engineering and sales. This is a high-impact role working closely with the CTO, sales leadership, and engineering teams to deliver rapid prototypes, production-ready integrations, and seamless enterprise onboarding for major clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with enterprise prospects to understand their architecture, integration needs, and technical blockers.
• Rapidly prototype and ship code that supports sales and accelerates customer acquisition.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer teams to design scalable, elegant solutions.
• Lead technical discovery, architectural reviews, and integration planning with customer engineering teams.
• Build demo assets, integration templates, and other pre-sales engineering tools.
• Contribute to production systems as needed—especially during onboarding or pilot phases.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in full-stack development (Node.js, React, Type Script, AWS).
• Solid commercial experience with both Graph
  
  QL & Mongo
  
  DB.
• Proven experience working on SaaS solutions.
• Experience with Microservices and Event Driven Architecture.
• Ability to move quickly without compromising code quality.
• Highly autonomous and commercially aware.
