This is a senior, specialist network consulting role focused on designing and delivering Aruba Clear Pass solutions across enterprise customer environments.

You’ll be stepping into a role that has been previously owned by a highly experienced engineer, so the expectation is depth, credibility, and confidence working at consultant level. This is not entry-level NAC or checkbox deployments — it’s about architecture, integration, and design authority.

The role is fully remote, open to candidates based anywhere in the UK or Ireland, and offers a strong package with bonus and on-call uplift. Ideal for someone who enjoys owning a specialist domain, advising customers, and delivering high-quality outcomes without daily office politics.

• Act as a Network Design Engineer / Consultant specialising in Aruba Clear Pass.
• Design and implement NAC solutions across enterprise customer networks.
• Provide technical leadership around authentication, authorisation, and policy enforcement.
• Work closely with customers to understand requirements and translate them into robust designs.
• Produce high-quality design documentation and implementation plans.
• Integrate Clear Pass with wired, wireless, and multi-vendor network environments.
• Act as a technical escalation point for complex NAC-related issues.
• Support knowledge transfer and best-practice development internally.

• Strong hands-on experience with Aruba Clear Pass in design and delivery roles.
• Background in network design or network consultancy.
• Solid switching background, ideally with Juniper Networks.
• Strong understanding of enterprise LAN, WLAN, and NAC architectures.
• Comfortable operating independently in a remote consulting role.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with customers.

• Experience working in MSP, consultancy, or partner-led environments.
• Multi-vendor network exposure beyond Aruba and Juniper.
• Fully remote role (UK or Ireland).
