Job Description & How to Apply Below

We’re the leaders in outsourced calls, live chat and more, delivering brilliant conversations on behalf of businesses of all sizes. Fast-forward two decades and what started as a single, dedicated PA (who’s still with us today) looking after calls for a handful of local clients, is now a 1000-strong team working across two continents from our state-of-the-art UK headquarters in Wrexham, and our US office in Atlanta.

The role:

As part of the Demand Generation team, you will collaborate closely with content, product marketing, and the wider marketing function to drive high-intent organic traffic and convert it into a strong, qualified pipeline. This role is well suited to someone who blends strong technical SEO expertise with content strategy and data-led optimisation, and who is enthusiastic about the rapidly evolving world of search and generative engine optimisation (GEO).

Key responsibilities:

  • Own and deliver the SEO strategy across both UK and US websites, driving high-intent organic traffic and increasing conversions.
  • Identify and prioritise opportunities to improve organic visibility, traffic quality, and revenue impact.
  • Lead keyword research, search-intent mapping, and SEO-led content planning.
  • Monitor, analyse, and optimise organic search performance across key markets.
  • Develop and test strategies to improve visibility across emerging AI-driven and generative search experiences.
  • Optimise content for large language models (LLMs), AI search results, and answer engines.
  • Monitor how the brand and products appear in AI-generated responses and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Continuously test, learn, and adapt strategies as the search landscape evolves.

Technical SEO

  • Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical SEO issues impacting site performance.
  • Collaborate with engineering and web teams to improve:
  • Site architecture and structure
  • Page speed and performance
  • Indexing and crawl efficiency
  • Schema markup and technical best practices
  • Ensure SEO best practices are consistently implemented across UK and US domains.
  • Partner with content and demand generation teams to:
  • Build and maintain SEO-driven content roadmaps
  • Develop high-converting landing pages for organic traffic
  • Support marketing campaigns with search insights and recommendations.

Performance & Reporting

  • Track and report on key SEO metrics including organic traffic, keyword performance, conversions, and pipeline generated from organic channels.
  • Deliver clear insights and actionable recommendations to continuously improve performance.

The person:

  • 2–4 years’ experience in SEO or organic growth roles.
  • Proven experience managing SEO for B2B and/or SaaS websites.
  • Experience delivering SEO strategies across multiple markets, ideally the UK and US.
  • Strong understanding of technical SEO fundamentals.
  • Hands-on experience with keyword research, search intent mapping, and content optimisation.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret performance data and identify growth opportunities.
  • Experience working within a demand generation or growth-focused marketing team is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with conversion rate optimisation (CRO) for organic traffic.
  • Experience with SEO and analytics tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs or SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and content optimisation platforms.

What’s included:

As an SEO Lead at our award-winning headquarters in Wrexham, you’ll enjoy welcoming, spacious, state-of-the-art offices, plus communal spaces including a treehouse – we like to do things differently around here! You’ll also benefit from:

  • Permanent contract
  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays (pro rata)
  • Mental health support (through our Employee Assistant Programme) with access to an on-site mental health counsellor
  • Access to our wellbeing room to help enhance your physical and mental wellbeing
  • Access to a 24/7 doctor line
