Smartsearch Recruitment is recruiting an IT Support Technician to provide 1st line helpdesk, desktop and remote support across the organisation from the Wrexham area. The role is office-based and permanent.
The ideal candidate will have at least two years in IT support, strong Microsoft 365 knowledge and hands-on experience with Entra , Intune and Defender for Endpoint, plus good MFA and endpoint security practices.
