Project Manager

Our clients know where a project stands without asking. Progress, sign-offs and findings sit in their portal, and someone answers the phone. The project manager is the reason that is true.

You will run several projects at once across web, software and marketing, with designers, developers and account managers across our UK offices and Vilnius. The job is scope, schedule, risk and communication, and the record that proves what happened.

• Plan projects with the team, set the milestones and keep them honest.
• Run stand-ups, reviews and client check-ins, and write up what was decided.
• Manage scope changes properly: written, priced, agreed, recorded.
• Keep the client portal current and the risk log real.
• Hand over cleanly: logins, documentation, what happens next, copied to everyone.

• At least five years of commercial work in this field that you can show us. We promise clients that everyone on their project has that, so it is not negotiable.
• Software or web projects you ran yourself, including one that went wrong and how you handled it.
• Comfort with developers' estimates and the questions that make them more accurate.
• Writing that people act on: short, dated, specific.

• Agency experience with several concurrent clients.
• A recognised project management qualification, if you found it useful.
