Handle a broad range of property transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity Assist the Head of Department with supervising & mentoring Work closely with the in-house support team - for onboarding, post-completion and business support Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, estate agents and other property professionals What We’re Looking For Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer At least 4 years’ experience in residential conveyancing Strong knowledge of property transactions, title reviews and leasehold matters.
