We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to manage the processing and dispatch of high-value orders. This role plays a key part in ensuring all orders are accurately completed, quality checked, processed efficiently, and dispatched on time to meet both company and customer expectations.

The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, maintain exceptional standards of accuracy, and demonstrate strong communication and organisational skills. ** WHAT YOU’LL DO
*** Coordinate the processing and dispatch of high-value customer orders
* Carry out detailed quality checks to ensure products and orders meet company standards
* Ensure all orders are accurately picked, packed, labelled, and prepared for dispatch
* Monitor dispatch schedules and ensure orders are shipped within required time frames
* Identify and resolve any order discrepancies, damages, or dispatch issues promptly
* Maintain accurate records and update internal systems as required
* Communicate effectively with internal departments to ensure smooth order flow and resolution of issues
* Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Quality Control and Dispatch functions
* Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and health & safety requirements
* Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient working environment###

* Experience handling high-value products or orders (desirable)
* Familiarity with warehouse or order management systems (desirable)
