Cleaner - Ysgol Rhostllen

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Cleaner to join our team. The successful candidate will help ensure that the school environment is clean, safe, and welcoming for pupils, staff, and visitors.

This position coincides with the caretaker role currently being advertised; the roles will be offered under two separate contracts, totalling 22.5 hours per week. You will need to apply for both vacancies.

• Cleaning classrooms, corridors, offices, and communal areas
• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting surfaces
• Cleaning toilets, washrooms, and replenishing supplies
• Emptying bins and disposing of waste appropriately
• Maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness across the site
• Using cleaning equipment and materials safely and effectively
• Reporting any maintenance or health and safety concerns

Who will be able to maintain high standards of cleanliness with attention to detail, work independently and as part of a team, and demonstrate good communication skills, flexibility, and a positive approach to work.
