The Wallich is seeking a Cleaner/Caretaker in Wales to support the Service Manager and Housing Maintenance Officer in maintaining high standards across properties. You will assist with cleaning, painting and basic maintenance to minimise void periods and ensure timely tenant turnovers.
The role requires a Basic DBS disclosure and a valid driving licence with access to a vehicle. It is a fixed-term contract for 12 months, with hours of work at 20 per week.
