We are recruiting on behalf of our client, based in Wrexham, for a reliable and motivated Cleaning Operative to join their team on a temporary basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming workplace. You'll play an important role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness across the site, including communal areas, welfare facilities and training rooms.

• Clean and maintain communal areas, restrooms, welfare facilities and training rooms
• Empty bins and support waste segregation and recycling
• Replenish cleaning supplies and toiletries
• Operate cleaning equipment, including steam cleaners and floor buffers
• Carry out routine and deep-cleaning activities
• Follow Health & Safety procedures and safe working practices
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation

• Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience is desirable
• Good understanding of cleaning chemicals, equipment and safe working practices
• Knowledge of COSHH, PPE, manual handling and slip/trip prevention
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, organised and committed to maintaining high standards
• Positive attitude with strong attention to detail

The selection process will include a competency-based interview and a practical assessment of cleaning-related skills.
