Powys County Council is seeking a Safeguarding Manager to lead the delivery of high-quality safeguarding practices for children in Wales. This role is vital for ensuring that children's voices are heard and that allegations against trusted individuals are managed fairly and consistently.
The Safeguarding Manager will also provide reflective supervision to foster a culture of professional growth and continuous improvement. Strong leadership and safeguarding knowledge are paramount for this position.
The salary range is £52,413 to £54,495 per annum, with flexible working options available and guaranteed pension scheme benefits.
