Vice President of Development - Landmark Luxury Master-planned Community

• Role: Vice President of Development & Construction - Ultra-Luxury Landmark Master-planned Community
• Location: South West / South Central UK
• Salary: Full package of £300,000 - £400,000 per annum

A rare opportunity has arisen to lead the delivery of one of the UK's most ambitious ultra-luxury mixed‑use developments.

Our client is creating an iconic, world‑class private residential and lifestyle destination real estate developer, and the development will be centred around an extensive country estate. The long‑term vision includes luxury residences, hospitality, leisure, golf, wellness and supporting infrastructure, delivered as a carefully curated, low‑density master‑planned community over the coming decade.

This is a senior leadership appointment for someone capable of taking ownership of development from the earliest stages through planning, design, infrastructure and vertical delivery.

• Lead the planning, design, and execution of multiple high‑value resort and residential assets.
• Manage project teams, budgets, schedules, and consultants to ensure world‑class delivery.
• Drive coordination between design, construction, finance, and operations teams.
• Oversee reporting, governance, and risk management for development progress.
• Foster strategic relationships with government bodies, consultants, and brand partners.

• 15+ years’ Development / Construction experience in high‑end resort development, ideally high profile / high value luxury projects overseas.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi‑phase developments with budgets in the hundreds of millions.
• Background in luxury hospitality, branded residences, or golf resort projects strongly preferred.
• Strong leadership, financial, and communication skills with an entrepreneurial mindset.
