Marston's Plc is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our pub team in the UK. You’ll be part of the management team, stepping up when the General Manager isn’t around and leading from the front to create memorable guest experiences.
You’ll support the GM in achieving KPIs, inspire your team on every shift, and be accountable for the pub’s operation when deputising for the GM. Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
