Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board is seeking a permanent post within the Surgical Division at Wrexham Maelor Hospital to coordinate doctors’ shift patterns, manage on‑call rotas across North Wales and support timely roster delivery.
The post holder will use independent judgement to coordinate leave, monitor compliance with the New Deal and EWTD, maintain confidentiality and report to the General Manager for Scheduled Care. Welsh language ability is desirable.
