About

the role

As a Programme Manager, you lead the delivery of strategic programmes that improve outcomes for victims, witnesses, staff and the wider Criminal Justice System. you lead a portfolio of projects and business change activity, ensuring they are delivered effectively and on time. Successful candidates may be deployed across a range of programme teams including, but not limited to, continuous improvement, charging evolution and capacity projects.

About

you

We're looking for someone with experience leading complex programmes or portfolios delivering significant organisational change. You must have experience developing, refining and securing approval for business cases, with excellent communication, influencing and relationship management skills.
