Hourly Rate: £12.80 per hour, after 12 weeks £13.55 per hour

About the Role:

As a General Operator, you will play a pivotal role in our manufacturing process. Your key responsibilities include:
Operating and maintaining manufacturing machinery.
Collaborate with other workers to conduct tests of machine performance and identify any issues
Assisting with production processes and quality checks.
Monitor production processes to ensure equipment operates efficiently and promptly troubleshoot any malfunctions or breakdowns.
Perform regular maintenance tasks on machinery to prevent operational issues.
Maintain accurate records of machine setting, adjustment, and maintenance activities.
Package finish goods
Adhere to health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
Lifting materials up to 20kg.
