Production Line Leader at Matthew Walker — Lead a team on the production line to ensure high standards in the making of Christmas puddings.
Responsibilities- Lead a team of pudding perfectionists — Guide the production team to ensure every pudding meets legendary standards.
- Keep things ticking along smoothly — Ensure ingredients flow and address hiccups with a practical plan.
- Make sure the machines are behaving — Maintain equipment in good working order (you don’t need to be a tech wizard, but keeping equipment in line is key).
- Numbers matter — Monitor production targets, minimise waste, and help meet goals.

Hours:
7.30am till 3.30pm (Monday to Friday) — occasional 6.30am starts
Salary: £28,011.34 (time and a quarter pay for any 6.30am starts)
