We're recruiting Production Operatives to support a busy and growing manufacturing environment. You'll play a key role in producing high?quality products safely, efficiently, and to specification. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for stability, development, and a supportive team culture.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manufacturing products in line with process and quality specifications
• Following standard operating procedures and safe equipment practices
• Setting up and operating machinery including sintering, pressing, and cutting equipment
• Completing machine start?up checks and ensuring safe operation throughout the shift
• Monitoring production output and carrying out accurate stock checks

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to follow processes and work to targets
