Folding Operatives Wide Average

Overview

We have three clients across the UK looking for highly skilled printing professionals with Folder machinery experience. These well‑established companies work in remote but idyllic locations and require candidates who are prepared to work away from home, staying in a B & B to cover the shifts.

• Operate and manage folder machines and associated equipment, ensuring quality, efficiency and safety at all times.
• Monitor production to maintain quality standards and output.
• Adjust machine settings as needed to uphold quality and output.
• Maintain the machine area in a clean, organised and safe condition.
• Conduct stock checks on machine parts and reorder supplies when necessary.
• Show flexibility by managing work in accordance with deadlines and changing priorities.

• Extensive finishing experience and specific knowledge of folding machines.
• Strong organisational skills and pride in maintaining a tidy work environment.
• Adaptable, open‑minded and quick to learn new techniques.

Accommodation in a B & B is provided on site for the duration of the contract.
