Production Team Leader
Temporary role until end of Dec 2027.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, coach, and develop a team to deliver strong performance and engagement.
- Ensure production schedules are achieved on time and in full.
- Maintain strict quality, compliance, and safety standards (cGMP & EHS).
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and performance.
- Monitor KPIs and ensure accurate documentation and reporting.
- Experience in a similar role in the pharmaceutical industry, ideally from aseptic manufacturing.
- Previous people‑management experience or a natural leader capable of leading successful teams.
- Ideally project management or tech transfer skills.
