Production Manager
Location:
Wrexham
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 (depending on skills and abilities)
Full-time, Permanent 8am-4.30pm M-F

We are working with a well-established manufacturing business to recruit a Production Manager who will oversee the daily.
Responsibilities- Plan and coordinate machine schedules to maximise productivity and efficiency.
- Ensure production targets, quality standards, and customer delivery requirements are achieved.
- Lead, motivate, and develop production teams to maintain high performance levels.
- Work closely with planning and warehouse functions to ensure smooth operational flow.
- Manage labour resources effectively and support workforce development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and quality procedures.
- Identify and resolve production issues quickly to minimise downtime.
- Proven experience managing multiple production lines and production planning activities.
- Demonstrable leadership skills with the ability to engage, motivate, and develop teams.
- Strong organisational, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.
