Production Operative

Recruit4staff are representing a well-established manufacturing business in their search for a Production Operative to work in the Ruabon area

Job Details:

Pay: £14.92 per hour, rising to £15.82 per hour after 12 weeks
Hours of Work:
Nights, Sunday to Wednesday 8 pm to 6 am and Thursday 9:10 pm to 6 am
Duration:
Temporary ongoing, with a view to going permanent for the right candidate
You may be required to work on a Day shift for the first 1-2 weeks whilst training (£12.80 per hour)

Job Role:

As a Production Operative, you will be working in a metallisation department applying coatings to manufactured components. The Production Operative will work within a fast-paced manufacturing environment carrying out cleaning of parts on a production line and ensuring all work areas remain clean and organised. This Production Operative role requires strong attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Essential Skills, Experience, or

Qualifications:

Previous fast-paced production experience
Ability to work efficiently within a target-driven environment
Good attention to detail
Advantageous Skills, Experience, or Qualifications

Previous experience working within a regulated manufacturing environment
