Salary: £12.77–£13.66 per hour, attendance bonuses, overtime rates.

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting Production Assembly Operatives to join a well-established manufacturing company in Wrexham. This role offers long‑term opportunities, with potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

• Move stock and materials around the site.
• Load and unload materials into production machinery.
• Quality check and record finished products.
• Operate machinery and use hand tools to assemble products (full training provided).
• Perform general production and housekeeping duties.

• Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Reliable and proactive approach to work.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing, assembly or production environment is desirable but not essential.

• £12.77–£13.66 per hour basic rate (dependent on experience).
