Monday to Thursday, 6:00am – 4:15pm (Fridays Off)

Role Overview

A local business on Wrexham Industrial Estate is looking for Production Line Operatives to join its manufacturing team. This role involves fitting seat covers onto bus seats by hand, requiring a high level of precision and attention to detail. You will work in a fast-paced production environment, helping to produce high-quality finished products while maintaining excellent quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Manually fit seat covers onto bus seats.

* Carry out detailed hand-finishing work to achieve a high-quality finish.

* Stretch, position and secure seat covers accurately.

* Inspect completed products to ensure they meet quality standards.

* Follow production schedules and work instructions.

* Maintain a clean, safe and organised work area.

* Work as part of a team to achieve daily production targets.

* Report any quality concerns or defects to the relevant supervisor.

Skills & Experience

* Previous production or manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential.

* Good manual dexterity and confidence working with your hands.

* Excellent attention to detail and ability to carry out intricate, repetitive tasks.

* Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high quality standards.

* Reliable, punctual and able to work well as part of a team.

* Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
