Pharmaceutical Process Technician

Recruit4staff are representing a well‑established pharmaceutical business in their search for a Pharmaceutical Process Technician to work in Wrexham.

• Pay: £19.35 per hour (incl 33% premium)
• Hours of Work: 24/7 rotation (2 days, 2 nights, 4 off), 6 till 6
• Duration:
  Temporary (Ongoing) with a possibility of a permanent contract for the right candidate

As a Pharmaceutical Process Technician, you’ll work in a Grade A/B cleanroom, wearing full PPE and executing repetitive tasks with precision by following detailed step‑by‑step procedures. Your responsibilities include maintaining manufacturing equipment for filtration and vial filling, ensuring adherence to safety and SOPs, handling hazardous materials, and supporting inspection readiness. Collaboration with cross‑functional teams, documentation, validation support, and participation in Lean and continuous improvement initiatives are also key parts of this role.

• Prior cleanroom experience or transferable skills from regulated industries
• Previous experience within a fast‑paced production environment, operating manufacturing machinery
• Excellent English (reading, writing, speaking) to follow complex technical instructions
• High concentration for 4‑hour blocks on repetitive procedures

• Degree in a relevant scientific subject
